The Climbers for Christ Annual Gathering

(Formerly the "Annual Conference" or "National Conference")

This event exists to be the annual (re)connection point for our community from across the US & Beyond. It's been hosted in Oregon, West Virginia, Kentucky, Nevada, Tennessee & more, but this is the first time we're aiming for the middle of the US and we are stoked to welcome y'all to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch for the weekend. Registration includes all of your camping and day-use fees for HCR as well as your dinners & breakfasts (Note: If you want a cabin, you can book directly through their website here. Foodwise, it's "BYO"-Lunches, but we'll have some snacks available to help you out).

In the evenings, we'll have low-key time together as a community and hear from some of CFC folks about what CFC is up to and where we're excited to go together as we Live the love of Jesus in the climbing community.

Pair all that with plenty of time to connect and climb with other CFC folks and it's going to be a rockin' (pun intended) weekend!

Standard Ticket ($75.00) [38 remaining]
Includes ALL Camping & Day Use fees + breakfasts/dinners during the event. (Age 19-99)
Youth Paid ticket ($35.00)
Age 13-18
(Ages 12 & under are FREE. Youth ticket covers the base coast of camping/day use and we cover the rest for the kids! *Waivers will be signed @ event by parent/guardian)
Local's Offsite Ticket ($30.00) [18 remaining]
Live local and/or sleeping offsite? This ticket covers you. Come and go as you're able! Use on the honor system, or just buy the Standard Ticket if you want to support the event further!)

Registration costs keeping you from making it out here? email us about scholarships - we want you here if you can make it! (While we have some scholarships for registration fees, we are not able to offer travel scholarships at this time. But have suggestions for ways to crowdsource funding for travel)

Meet some of the Hosts & Speakers

Eli Conlee Director, Climbers for Christ

If you've interacted with anyone at "Headquarters" in the past four years, it has likely been this guy. Eli has been the director since March 2020 (a great time in history to start anything, right?) and is enthusiastic following the Way of Jesus and seeing CFC adapt & grow to introduce Him to the rapidly expanding climbing community.

He's the chief trouble-maker of this organization and is stoked to experience the legendary Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. He brings a variety of experience in leadership, ministry, and shenanigans to our community with experience that is too weirdly un-cohesive to list here.

He'll be hosting, connecting with leaders, climbing with y'all, and sharing the past, present, and future stoke & vision of Climbers for Christ.

Kristin Anderson Climbing Ministry Guru

If you know Climbers for Christ, odds are you know this lady. She's worn every hat imaginable with CFC over the past couple of decades. From local chapter leader to climbing missionary, staffer to Board member, Kristin has done it all and brings a wealth of experience & passion for climbers to our crew.

We're hoping to rope her in (pun intended) to sharing some of her wisdom and passion as she inspires all of us to love climbers with all we've got.

Wilson McKay NEW STAFF! Outreach & Events Coordinator

Wilson McKay has served alongside CFC throughout the mountain west for the past few years. Joining forces with CFC as a student at Colorado Christian University a few years back, Wilson has become an integral part of the Climbers for Christ events circuit in the western US. He has a nearly unmatched passion for living the Gospel among climbers, did a short stint as a climbing missionary @ Indian Creek, and is now coming on Staff with Climbers for Christ in a full-time missions role.

He'll be working to support events and develop new outreach trainings & opportunities beginning next year. He's currently raising support as a full-time ministry member with us. Stay tuned for ways to support him!

Eric Askren CFC Chaplain & Podcast Host

Eric is the official Chaplain for CFC. He's a wealth of stoke & wisdom when it comes to loving climbers well. He helps guide our community as we all seek out opportunities to love and serve our climbing neighbors. You can also find him behind the mic of the Climb Hard, Love Harder podcast simultaneously asking great questions and stirring up silliness.
